Is this safe for my EA account?

MUT Dashboard uses the same style of account linking that sites like MUT.GG use for binder sync. You log in through EA, MUT Dashboard does not store your password, and the public research pages work without linking at all.

Do I have to link my EA account?

No. You can use the public auction house tracker, player database, sets calculator, pricing pages, and FAQ content without linking an EA account.

Why would I link my EA account later?

Linking is only for account-aware workflow features such as binder sync, direct buy and sell actions, and set workflows that use your own inventory.
